Andy Melichar is a seasoned technology leader with over two decades of experience spanning various roles in the tech industry. With a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, software development, and team leadership, Andy has successfully driven transformation initiatives in complex environments, leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

Throughout his career, Andy has taken on diverse challenges, from modernizing legacy systems to pioneering new DevOps practices. His hobbies include creating interactive light fixtures, laser cutting, 3D printing, and CNC. A passionate baker, especially of bread, Andy is also a licensed HAM radio operator (callsign KE0ATA) who has successfully contacted all 50 states and over 70 countries. His love for technology extends into his personal life, where he enjoys tinkering with Arduinos, microcontrollers, and addressable LEDs.
